Shipping Methods and Costs:

  1. Local Delivery: We offer local delivery services within Johannesburg and Cape Town. The cost of local delivery will be vaey between R150 & R75 for  depending on your location and the size/weight of your order. You will see the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
  2. In-Store Pickup: You can choose the option to pick up your order in person at our physical store in Johannesburg and Cape Town. There are no shipping fees for in-store pickups.

Shipping Timeframes:

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on the availability of the items in your order, the shipping method chosen, and your location within Johannesburg and Cape Town. Generally, you can expect the following shipping timeframes:

  • Local Delivery: Orders shipped via local delivery typically arrive within 1-4 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary.
  • In-Store Pickup: If you choose the in-store pickup option, your order will be ready for pickup within 1-4 business days. You will receive either a call, email or Whatsapp when your order is ready to be picked up.

Order Tracking:

A Team member will be in contact with you once your order has been placed and keep you up to date on exactly when your order can be expected to be ready.

Shipping Restrictions:

At this time, we only offer shipping within Johannesburg, Cape Town and Pretoria . We do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Items:

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team at orders@gourmetpaws.co.za or 079 809 7588 as soon as possible. We will work to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive a replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances.

    How To Feed Gourmet Paws?

    Portion the pouch into as many meals as you like, depending on how often your dog eats throughout the day. Take it slow at the start and transition properly (Up to 7 days). Feed a few spoonfuls a day, increasing the amount as you go, and mix in with their current food. We suggest keeping up to 3 pouches in your fridge at a time and leaving the rest of the pouches in the freezer. Serve straight from the fridge or gently heat the food up. (Most fussy pooches prefer their meals warm).

    How much to Feed?

    The following feeding suggestion applies to Gourmet Paws as a complete food, without adding any other foods to your furry friend's meal. Portions are based on average portion sizes, however, your furry friends might vary, depending on body type, metabolism, amount of exercise and age.
