Please read these T&Cs carefully before participating in the campaign. By participating, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

3. b) The campaign is open to residents of South Africa only.
4. c) Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
5. Discount Offer:
6. a) The campaign provides a 20% discount on the first purchase made by eligible participants.
7. b) The discount applies to the total cost of the order, including taxes, shipping, and handling fees.
8. c) The discount is limited to a maximum of R400.
9. d) The discount cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
10. e) The discount is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value.
11. Campaign Period:
12. a) The campaign period is from April 5, 2023, until June 30, 2023.
13. b) Gourmet Paws reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the campaign at any time, without prior notice.
14. How to Participate:
15. a) To participate in the campaign, eligible participants must create an account on the Gourmet Paws website and make a purchase using the promotional code provided.
16. b) The promotional code must be entered at the time of checkout to receive the discount.
17. c) Only one promotional code can be used per customer.
18. d) The promotional code is valid for one-time use only.
19. Order Fulfillment:
20. a) Orders are subject to availability, and Gourmet Paws reserves the right to limit the quantities of products available for purchase.
21. b) Gourmet Paws will fulfill orders within a reasonable time frame.
22. c) Gourmet Paws reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order that is suspected of fraudulent activity, or that violates these T&Cs.
23. Privacy:
24. a) Gourmet Paws respects the privacy of its customers and is committed to protecting their personal information.
25. b) By participating in the campaign, participants agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in accordance with Gourmet Paws’ Privacy Policy.
26. Liability:
27. a) Gourmet Paws is not responsible for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, arising from the participation in this campaign or the use of any products purchased through the campaign.
28. b) Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gourmet Paws, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or liability, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from their participation in this campaign or their use of any products purchased through the campaign.
29. Governing Law:
30. a) These T&Cs are governed by the laws of South Africa.
31. b) Any dispute arising from or related to this campaign shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of South Africa.
